Buying the cheapest house in the best neighborhood, updating it and returning it to market at a modest profit becomes Studio Points way to retain diversity in the vanishing affordable market. In addition, the renewed house contains intriguing spatial form and finishes. In this early 1900's Victorian, the narrow dark hallway is transformed by replacing the ceiling with acrylic that allows diffused light from the attic skylights above to dance down the walls and floor.
