The site included a ranch house and separate garage. Studio Points connected the structures through a two story wedge shaped space that rises above the site to enjoy mountain views from a second floor loft. A winged entry structure directs drainage patterns from adjacent and overhead roofs down its seam and along a sheet of perforated steel draining onto the gravel drive.
