Starting with an industrial shell, we power washed the concrete floors and fell in love with the rich layers of visual texture which we lightly pigmented and sealed. We made use of the 22 vertical feet by installing tilt-up glass doors and detailed the interiors with off-the-shelf industrial finishes. Final detailing included the hand rubbed pigmentation of one interior wall area for an exquisitely non-industrial touch.
