The Oasis project, the second house we had done for these clients, was tasked with integrating and resolving two existing structures on the south-facing canyon site. The original structure was a historical miner's cabin as this property was a mining claim. The second structure was a hand hewn passive house that had many unresolved functional issues. Our solution was to build between the two structures, integrate the passive system, and create a delightful and functional house.
