My work is about revealing the continuum within which we exist. I speak of living relationships between the land, the building, and the users. I speak of timeliness of information and the means to use it with intelligence. My practice is informed by sitting, by walking, and by breath; it is influenced by everyday moments.

I have immense gratitude for the infinite generosity of my teachers including Luis Barragan and Ray and Shelly Kappe, and from my students and clients.

We have the privilege of inhabiting a particular place at a particular time; the spaces and artifacts that result from my work reach for the subtle thread that instantaneously collapses these particular times and spaces into the infinite, transforming the singular into the whole.

This is undoubtedly the most rewarding career I can imagine.
